2025 Level Up has up to 80 tickets available.
Tickets will cover event days from Saturday 9/27 through Monday 9/29 (half-day field-trips), and they include lodging in hotel blocks and provided meals.
We’re really excited to be gathering together with everyone soon!

Tickets will include: meals, lodging, and local transportation! Attendees will need to book travel to Minneapolis. Our goal is to make this event accessible and inclusive in pricing and for the coffee community. We’re blocking hotel rooms to be together & save on transportation fees. There is a shared room option (with a roommate pairing quiz) and an option for a private room.

We’re doing our best to keep the cost of each ticket as low as possible. Currently, tickets are estimated at:
Ticket + Shared Room (~ $585.00*)
Ticket + Private Room (~ $850.00*)
*All tickets include education from 9/27-9/29, meals, lodging, and local transport

Great question! We’ll be staying at the Radisson Red Minneapolis Downtown (609 3rd St South, Minneapolis), which is easy to get to by train from the airport and also by bus over to the event space (Mill City Roasters)!

Where is the lodging?
Accommodations will be at the Radisson RED Minneapolis! Stay with our group to maximize your coffee people time. We’ll have activities in the evenings at the hotel - it’ll be a blast!
P.S. If you happen to be here and interested in attending in some other way…. we’ll have a Public Cafe Pop-Up + Makers Market on Sunday, September 28th!

Our group rate at the Radisson RED Minneapolis Downtown is now live. This is where our staff, speakers, and attendees with lodging included in their ticket will be staying, and we’ll be hosting casual events there Friday and Saturday night. It is located Downtown and is just one block away from the MSP light rail which you can take directly from the airport.
