What is the raise the bar?

Raise the Bar Coffee Inc. is a nonprofit organization committed to building a more equitable and sustainable specialty coffee industry by investing in barista education, leadership development, and access to opportunity. We create pathways for learning, growth, and connection.  Especially for those historically left out of traditional coffee institutions.

What is level up?

Level Up is an immersive, hands-on barista education and networking weekend hosted at Mill City Roasters in Minneapolis. Designed for working coffee professionals, the event offers practical workshops, public service experience, and space to build lasting community-- all while keeping cost and access at the center.
